CPEW Petition: Final Days to Sign (Closing 25 May)
The Campaign against Criminal Poisoning of European Wildlife (CPEW) continues its work across Europe. However, the online petition will close on 25 May, after which all signatures and collected materials will be prepared and submitted to the European Union for further action.
Our Call to the European Union:
- Stronger EU-wide action to prevent and prosecute illegal wildlife poisoning
- A coordinated European system for monitoring and identifying poisoning hotspots
- Support for a European awareness initiative on criminal poisoning of wildlife
- Better implementation of existing EU policies and conservation strategies
